?BS718-I Series Flexible Rapier Loon are widely applicable for different kinds of yarn to produce different textile. It is also easy to be changed for different products, which facilitate the weaving factory to meet the market demand.
?The width of BS718-I Series Flexible Rapier Loom is 190-230cm. Turning speed: 350-500.P.M. ，Weft choosing: 6-8 color weft choosing. Power: Electricity consumption of the whole machine is less than 4KW. Warp shaft diameter: 800mm. Reel diameter: 500mm.
Weft density: 3-80 thread/cm. Special requirement can reach 1-150 threads/cm. Controlling system: Microcomputer controlling system.
 1、Side Frame
(short and strong machine body, stable and more applicable in wide range).
The side frame of BS718-I loom is made of cast iron and connected by crossbeam. Because of the strong side frame, it have excellent moving balance, which and minimize the vibration of the loom. So the loom can keep high-speed and stable operation with in 190-230 width.

 2、Excellent Rapier Movement
When the left rapier clip holds the yarn, the acceleration is very low. So the weft have low tension during the whole weft introducing procedure. At the right side, the right rapier yarn clip open and release the yarn. The speed becomes low. This kind of excellent rapier movement remarkably reduce the broken end of the yarn and improve the fabric quality. |
 3、Weft structure
The optimized design of conjugating cam structure. High strength and high rigidity weft shaft. Superior processing accuracy. By above advantage, the weft striking is more powerful and stable under high-speed rotation, which therefore extend the using life of the loom. |
 4、Cam Gear
Conjugating cam goes through pendulum shaft and drives the reed wheel from both sides. Use separate reed. The high accuracy conjugate cam and strong short reed foot design can ensure accurate weft striking even when weaving high density textile or heavy textile. |
 5、Color-choosing box
Use 6-8 color electronic weft choosing device. According to the textile structure requirement, the weft programs can easily be programmed and edited on the operational panel. The improved weft selector is better suitable for high-speed weaving. The weft choosing movement is more accurate and reliable. |
 6、Electronically warp feeding
The electronic warp feeding is consisted of servo motor and tension transmission system. By presetting the tension value of warp and adjusting and replenish the tension with in the tension fluctuation range, to ensure the tension invariable during weaving, stopping and starting. |
 7、Electronic reel
The electronic reel uses servo motor system and is synchronized with electronic warp feeding. By operating on the system, it is easy to input or read the weft density and transmit it precisely. |
